After much deliberation, Shirayuki decides to enroll in Iris Academy to learn the truth and avenge her mother.
Meanwhile, Kuroba Yozuru, a girl possessing superhuman magical power, was burdened by a past in which she lost control of her magic in her hometown years ago, leading to tragedy.
She had enrolled in Iris Academy to learn how to control her own magical power, and also to seize a future as an agent.
Shirayuki and Yozuru, meeting with completely different goals, end up forming a “Buddy” pair—.
