Block the .exe in your firewall to prevent internet activity. This is the way how you do it.
The OP clearly states to block the .exe in your firewall. So please actually do so.
Windows Defender Firewall -> Advanced settings -> Outbound Rules -> New Rule -> Application -> Click the game .exe file -> Add -> Complete
That’s it. It’s not rocket science people. If you already launched the game before doing this then you should delete it and extract it again from the original .rar file to try again.
