1. After losing to the biker boss, she’ll say she can help the city in other ways in addition to the default branch. A part-time job at the hospital will unlock.
2. After defeating the clown gang, the circus job is still available. Now a clown runs it. One recurring event, I only realized during the process that it was obvious to make a CG animation with the last frame, but that was too late. We’ll probably add such a CG animation next time.

The cafe location will be available right after meeting the double agent; it will be an additional (and now, probably, the main) place where you can find clown clothes to get into the circus. If your fame level is above 5, then the cafe will simply be available for regular part-time work.
