主人公は、どこにでもいるアイドル好きの青年。
遊びすぎて大学を中退後、どうにか稼げて趣味を生かせるような就職先を探しはじめた。

ある日繁華街の掲示板で、ふと目に留まったのが地下アイドル劇場のプロデューサーの募集広告。
仕事内容は、劇場経営とTEARS（ティアーズ）という専属アイドルグループのスケジュール管理と育成。

これは自分にとって天職かも…。
そう思った彼は、何の躊躇もなく劇場のドアを叩いた…。

そして、はれてプロデューサ－見習いとして採用された主人公は
専属アイドルに様々な手解きをしていくのだった。

さて、今回はグループ最年長でグラビアモデルもしている飯田沙樹の物語。
